It is for your safety! It’s like when you did a fire drill in school as a kid but this time its for any Provincial or Federal emergencies! Good news however, it will not be early in the morning like last time! It will chime in at 1:55PM today November 17th on all phones and here on The One! This happens twice a year , once in May and once in November
